No item is indestructible and it is the buyers responsibility to check for any signs of wear and tear and to stop using the products if this becomes the case.

All of Penny and Hound products can be machine washed.  I always recommend that all products are washed on a 30 degree, short, machine cycle.  To dry the products, it is recommended to hang or lay flat to dry but do not use the tumble dryer. Penny and Hound Dog Flowers are mainly made of fabric, once worn, the petals may become creased.  This is easily solved with the use of an iron.  Use the corner "tip" of the iron on each petal, but please mind your fingers!

Please bare in mind that all orders are made to order and can take 2-3 weeks from date of order to be processed. Once I have posted the item (handmade dog collars, leads & harness etc) we have no control on how long it will take to arrive. 


It is your responsibility as a customer to make sure that your address is correct and up to date on PayPal. 


Any damaged or chewed clips caused by your dog can not be replaced, however, if an item arrives damaged then please contact me for a replacement. 


Penny and Hound will not replace any items sent and takes no legal liability or responsibility for the use or misuse of the products. It is the purchasers/owners sole responsibility to ensure correct collar/lead/harness choice for their dog, and understand that Penny and Hound can not offer any individual guidance for which collar/lead/harness should be purchased for their intended dog.

Penny and Hound gladly accept returns and exchanges:


Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Send items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellation, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders

(example - Customer requests a custom size handmade dog collars or dog leads - or any changes to any of the products as they are listed)


Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
